White brined cheese of cow milk

The white brined cheese is made of whole fat cow milk with added yeast of lactic acid bacteria, through rennet coagulation, with the required processing and undergone the whole process of ripening, intended as food. It was manufactured in an ecologically clean mountain area under an original Bulgarian recipe. Considering the valuable ingredients of the raw cow milk the nutritionists recommend it and classify it as very good for people of all ages. It is used for salads, hors d'oeuvres, entrees, or as an ingredient in meatless dishes from the Bulgarian national cuisine. It is manufactured under the brands Belcho i Sivushka and Za Gosti.
